Henry Morneault Chief Operating Officer Previously Henry was President of TransBridge Consulting, a firm he founded to provide tactical and strategic help transitioning, transforming, positioning and redefining small and mid-sized wealth and investment management organizations. Henry has over 35 years of experience in the financial services and wealth management industries having served in executive capacities with large and small firms developing and executing transition and transformation strategies. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of several wealth management firms and Head of Domestic and International Wealth Management for a regional banking and corporate finance experience with public and private institutions in New York, Boston and Washington, DC.
Andrew Stewart Managing Director, Investment StrategyAndrew is Managing Director of Investment Strategy at Source Financial Advisors, responsible for the implementation, oversight and analysis of client portfolios. Prior to joining Source, he was an integral part of the investment consulting operation at Lebenthal and served on the firm’s investment Committee. In this role, he worked alongside equity and municipal asset management teams to construct institutional quality portfolios for high net worth individuals. Andrew began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he assisted a high net worth advisor team with investment strategy and operations.
John J. Glasheen Chief Compliance OfficerJohn J. Glasheen (Jack) has been in the financial services industry for more than 30 years, serving in a variety of senior compliance and operations roles. Jack founded Glasheen Compliance Consulting and is also Chief Compliance Officer for 1949 Value Advisors LLC. Previously, Jack was the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer for Lebenthal & Co. and Lebenthal Asset Management LLC. Before joining Lebenthal & Co., Jack was a Vice President and Regional Compliance Manager in the Investment Management Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Jack held various senior supervisory positions in compliance and operations with financial services companies including Essex Corporation (a John Hancock subsidiary), US Life and Pershing.
Lauren Lisbon Executive Assistant Before joining Source Financial Advisors, Lauren provided administrative support to MF Global as a receptionist in their executive offices, handling front desk operations. She also worked at Morgan Stanley, where she served as operations support in the National Branch Services division. During this time, Lauren learned the importance of working as a team player and delivering customer service excellence. Lauren graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in English Literature, and holds the designation of Registered Paraplanner℠.
Edward Loring Client Service Specialist Edward (“Ted”) joined Source Financial Advisor in 2015. As the daily service contact for clients, Edward supports the Source team ensuring that our internal procedures facilitate communications and processes that consistently address our clients’ service and custodial needs. Previously held a management position in the restaurant industry in Vermont. He received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business.
